Eligibility:

Artists' live/work spaces will only be given to someone who is currently practicing art, and:

  1. is paid for their work, including sales, fees, commissions, royalties, grants and awards, which on their tax return is included as professional or business income; or
  2. has earned income from her/his art over the span of her/his artistic career; or
  3. has presented their work to the public through exhibitions, publications, performance, or by any other means appropriate to the nature of their work; or
  4. has received professional training, either in an educational institution or from a teacher recognized by their profession; or
  5. is a member in a professional association appropriate to their artistic activity and whose membership is limited using standards established by the association.

The decision of who is eligible for a live/work space is at the sole discretion of the property manager.
